Use of cookies
The corporate site kavunai.com does not currently include its own analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling tools, and does not use cookies for those purposes.
The KAVUNAI Support Center, available at soporte.kavunai.com, uses HESK and requires certain technical cookies to maintain sessions, authenticate users and properly provide the requested functions.
Support Center cookies
HESK may use the following cookies, depending on the features enabled and the options chosen by each user:
| Cookie | Purpose | Approximate duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| HESK session Random name starting with "HESK" |
Maintain the session and user state while browsing the Support Center. | Until the browser is closed. | Technical / necessary |

| hesk_myemail | Remember the email address when the user explicitly enables that option and the HESK configuration uses it. | Up to 1 year. | Preference |
| autorefresh | Remember the state of the auto-refresh feature in the admin panel. | Until the browser is closed. | Technical / preference |
| hesk_language | Remember the language chosen by the user when the Support Center has multiple languages available. | Up to 1 year. | Preference |

Technical cookies and consent
Cookies strictly necessary to maintain a session, authenticate the user, protect the service or provide a requested feature may be used without requesting consent when they are legally exempt.
Preference cookies chosen directly by the user — for example, remembering a language — are used solely to keep that choice and make the service easier to use.
Non-necessary cookies
KAVUNAI does not currently use its own advertising, marketing, cross-site tracking or profiling cookies on its sites. No non-necessary analytics have been added to the Support Center either.
If technologies requiring consent are introduced in the future, a system allowing users to accept, reject or configure those technologies under equivalent conditions will be shown before they are installed.
Third-party services
The Support Center may depend on technical services necessary for its operation, such as web hosting or email. If third-party services capable of installing their own cookies or similar technologies are integrated in the future, this policy will be updated and, when necessary, the corresponding consent will be requested before they are activated.
Browser controls
Browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies from their settings. Blocking technical or session cookies may prevent logging in, keeping an account open, or properly using certain Support Center features.
